Ring sizes can be measured physically with a plastic, paper or a ring sizer made of metal (as gauge) or simply by measuring the diameter of a ring that already fits.
Ring sticks are used to determine the rings' diameters inside. They are generally made out of delrin, plastic, wood. They can also contain multiple types of materials. You can use digital ring sticks for precise measurements.
